The watch repair, maintenance and related services provided by Hongcheng Watch Repair Service Center are professional technical services entrusted by customers, not general commodity transactions. Once the repair service is completed and delivered, no returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted, and the seven-day appreciation period rule will not apply. This center offers a limited period of maintenance warranty for the actual replaced parts and repair items. The warranty coverage is limited to the functional abnormalities of the current repair content and does not include situations such as human damage, water ingress, impact, improper use, self-disassembly or repair by a third party. Before the repair, a quotation and project description will be provided. The repair will only be carried out after the customer confirms and agrees. If the maintenance project is abnormal due to the technical negligence of this center, free re-repair or reasonable remedial solutions will be provided depending on the situation. This center reserves the final right of interpretation.

If repair is required by mail:

The shipping cost for customers to send watches to our center shall, in principle, be borne by the customers themselves

The return shipping fee after the repair is completed will be clearly stated at the time of quotation

The actual shipping fee will depend on the region and method of delivery.
